CHANNELING > Automatic Writing ✍ ️

Disclaimer: Please note, channeling is not recommended for those who have been diagnosed with bipolar disorder, multiple personality disorder / schizophrenia or any other kind of clinical mental health condition. Suzanne Giesemann explains that "individuals with unheald emotional or mental wounds may attract energies that resonate with those unhealed areas."

There is a channeling "spectrum:" on one end is "inspired writing" or "conscious journaling" where you feel you're the one making up everything you are writing and on the other end is "automatic writing" where you feel your hand is completely moving on it's own. With time, inspired writing can very well turn into automatic writing. As with any channeling practice, this is another way of receiving messages from a deeper part of your mind or from the spirit beings you connect to.
Being in a meditative state helps deepen the point of focus from which you write. So it's best to practice after doing a nice meditation, just after waking up or after a good nap when the mind is the clearest.
Here's a really good video where Suzanne Giesemann talks more about automatic writing in detail:
Ok, so you've done your setup. You're in a meditative state and you have your pen and notebook handy and are ready to begin. 🥳 Here's what to do:
Write your intention at the top of the page:
Karen Dahlman likes to write the following three times: "I open this space to the Wisdom of my Higher Self and Guides of Pure Light."
Lately I've been writing: "I welcome my Higher Self, my soul, my guides and any being or consciousness that is in alignment with the path of Unconditional Love."
Then just continue writing nonstop without analyzing or "editing" what you write. I try to keep a relaxed pace and usually write for 5 pages on my notebook. I skip every other line so it's neater.
I'm still practicing regularly. It's common for me to feel like I'm making up a lot of what I write down. However, I notice that here and there I'll write some thing that is particularly clarifying and helpful for me. Like a pleasant surprise. Sometimes I notice that my physical writing style changes a little bit. I feel these are all indications that I am "blending" more and more with my spiritual team.
After I do my writing practice, I like to continue with "inspired speaking." I start the recorder app on my phone and lay my phone down. Then I speak whatever words come to mind. Also speaking in a relaxed pace.
To my surprise, sometimes I feel I pronounce words slightly different or make certain gestures. And similarly, some of the things I say are also clarifying and helpful for me. I feel that as I continue practicing inspired speaking, I will eventually transition into conscious verbal channeling.
If it's helpful and healing, why not try it?
